PACE of Cincinnati, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is a new option available to eligible Hamilton County older adults who meet nursing home level of care but want to continue living at home. Professionals who work with, for or on behalf of older adults and caregivers in Hamilton County are invited to the PACE of Cincinnati Open House, 7:30 – 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 27, to learn more about PACE, meet our staff and take a tour.

The open house includes:

• An introduction to PACE and its services
• Tours of our PACE Day Health Center
• PACE staff meet and greet
• Coffee and pastries
