Welcome to PACE of Cincinnati

Learn more about PACE, schedule a tour!

PACE of Cincinnati, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health, social and long-term care needs at home and at our new day health center located in Norwood, instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility.

When you enroll in PACE of Cincinnati, you’ll work with a local team of health care professionals who get to know you and who are dedicated to meeting your unique needs. Our goal is to help you live your best life at home.

Please scroll down for more information, but first, please complete the short form below so we can get in touch with you to tell you more about PACE or schedule a time for you to visit our day health center!

PACE Services

PACE covers all Medicare Parts A, B and D benefits, all Medicaid-covered benefits, and any other services or supports that are medically necessary to maintain or improve the health status of PACE program participants.

PACE provides services across all care settings, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including at our day health center, located in Norwood, and in participants’ homes. Transportation is provided for all PACE services and appointments.
